What you will do

• Own the Application Intelligence domain, shaping App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview.
• Develop outcome-linked metrics connecting usage data to business outcomes like cost savings and compliance.
• Design analytics tailored for time-poor executives that provide actionable insights rather than just raw data.
• Define the integration strategy to combine behavioral data with cost, license, and HR systems data.
• Extend analytics to measure the productivity, cost, and ROI of AI assistants and agents.
• Collaborate with the VP Product to influence the 2026-2030 long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience specializing in data/analytics products within modern organizations.
• Experience building analytics specifically for executives and senior leadership.
• Strong background in enterprise B2B products (Healthcare experience is a strong plus).
• Expertise in data visualization and a business-first approach to problem solving.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from engineers to CEOs.
