Quality Manager

What you will do

• Ensure delivery and customer quality through support to delivery, sales, operations, and service organizations.
• Develop and control supply chain quality via inspections, nonconformity handling, supplier audits, and development actions.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, including customer audits.
• Provide continuous improvement, lean support, root cause analysis facilitation, and COPQ reporting.
• Support management system and business process implementation across NA and SA operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in quality management and/or quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, management, information management, automation engineering or similar, with quality-related courses.
• Experience or training in quality, lean, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing, RCA methods, continuous improvement, Lean, supplier quality, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of project/service deliveries in power, pulp & paper, marine, or process industries; preferably DCS or pulp & paper quality solutions.
• Fluent English skills; good communication and training skills.
