What you will do

• Own implementation and evolution of site QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and support for IATF 16949/AS9100.
• Coordinate internal audits and act as liaison for third-party certification audits.
• Maintain quality metrics, analyze trends in customer service and complaints, recommend strategic improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and effectiveness verifications for non-conformances.
• Manage document change processes, Quality Manual, and records.
• Conduct QMS training and develop team proficiency in problem-solving.
• Track effectiveness of continuous improvement projects against business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Operations, Manufacturing Management, or related field
• 7–10 years managing QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015; IATF 16949 or AS9100 highly desirable
• Lead/Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949) preferred
• Expert knowledge of root cause/CAPA protocols; proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS software
• Exceptional communication, project management, and influence skills in a global matrix organization
