Machine Operator (DTG)

Location: Onsite in a modern fulfillment facility (Monday to Friday, days, on your feet for most of shift)

What you will do

• Operate DTG printers to print ink directly on clothing for sustainable, high-quality production
• Maintain, set up, and ensure efficient operation of all equipment and auxiliary tools
• Perform quality checks to minimize defects and meet daily production goals
• Solve basic mechanical or software problems on machines
• Follow instructions, schedules, and procedures while multitasking

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of technical printing
• Ability to work well in a team, think critically, prioritize quality, and have an eye for detail
• Punctual, reliable, good with hands, quick learner, sense of urgency
