What you will do

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repair of production print equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and connectivity issues within response time expectations
• Follow service procedures, Total Call routines, and maintain parts inventory and car stock
• Deliver professional customer communication to drive satisfaction and retention
• Manage client territory, workloads, and service assignments for timely resolutions
• Collaborate with team members, leads, management, sales, and operations on complex issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical support or industry-related experience (production print, commercial print, or managed print services preferred)
• Prior experience supporting production or commercial-grade print environments and equipment
• Experience in problem isolation, diagnosis, and technical issue resolution
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and basic computer systems
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Two-year degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and assignments independently
