What you will do

• Provide remote software support for clients on BPS solutions via telephone and email.
• Troubleshoot client software issues using diagnostic tools and provide temporary workarounds.
• Maintain client information in the CRM system and document all interactions on a per-incident basis.
• Retrain clients on software usage to optimize their overall experience.
• Manage and escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate personnel based on established guidelines.
• Modify system setups to support changes in clients' business rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating platforms.
• Understanding of various Internet browser technologies and web-based software solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and process-driven work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Prior technical support experience.
• Experience in the operation of a multi-line telephone console.
