What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive success and retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients in General & Administration department.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks or opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and achieve goals.
Requirements
- Reside in Mexico or Brazil, or willing to relocate at own expense.
- Current work authorization in Mexico or Brazil (citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate visa).
- Experience in customer success or account management.
