What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user retention and engagement
• Define and prioritize features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Identify opportunities, contribute to roadmap planning, and drive experimentation with data and feedback
• Use insights to assess performance, inform decisions, and maintain transparent documentation
• Guide teams in agile processes and ensure alignment on priorities

Requirements

• Located in Romania
• 5+ years in product management with focus on user-facing digital products
• 3+ years managing mobile apps on Android and/or iOS
• Track record launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams and data-driven decision-making with A/B testing
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
