What you will do

• Build AI-powered product features used by real users at scale
• Develop LLM-powered systems, internal tooling, and automation workflows
• Deploy AI agents solving operational and product problems
• Integrate multiple model providers and AI infrastructure layers
• Build backend services for AI-driven applications
• Rapidly prototype and ship new ideas into production
• Improve engineering velocity through AI-native workflows

Requirements

• 1–2 years professional or serious personal project experience shipping real software
• Strong software engineering foundation (CS degree, bootcamp, or self-taught)
• Comfort working across backend systems and APIs
• Experience using AI/LLMs as a force multiplier for complex problems
• Agency, product sense, and high-quality output without compromise
• Genuine curiosity about AI systems in production

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, OpenRouter, Cursor, Kimi, Qwen, or frontier/open-source LLMs
• Experience with multi-model orchestration and applied AI systems
