What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validate feasibility, and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph
• Translate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations and guide customers through generative AI
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback influencing the product roadmap
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce customer time-to-value
• Champion adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer accounts for maximum ROI

Requirements

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS roles, with 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or account management
• Deep fluency in Python, APIs, prompt design, and linguistic principles for AI
• Track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS
• Exceptional communication for simplifying AI concepts to technical and C-suite audiences
• Builder's mindset with passion for generative AI experimentation and iteration
