What you will do

• Define and execute design vision for Life Sciences products
• Lead research to map user workflows and translate into actionable strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers and stakeholders to balance user needs with feasibility and goals
• Build and evangelise design methodologies across the Applied AI consulting group
• Foster innovation through iterative processes and validation
• Mentor junior and IC designers

Requirements

• Experience designing scalable software products, ideally with AI/ML
• Experience or interest in Life Sciences sector
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design leadership from ambiguous requirements
• Background in professional services or agency environments
• Led design best practices and methodologies for team value
• Strong collaborator and communicator, practicing evidence-based design
