Senior Solution Architect - German speaking (f/m/d)

TL;DR

Senior Solution Architect (German Speaking): Create and deliver technical enablement, solution designs, and prototypes for hirify.global implementations with an accent on headless CMS architecture, microservices, and API-first integrations. Focus on running customer discovery sessions, synthesizing product feedback, and partnering with sales and success teams to drive project success.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Up to 25% travel for on-site customer visits. Fluent German required for DACH customer base.

What you will do

• Create and deliver technical enablement on product features and provide consultative advice on implementation use cases.
• Identify and propose solution designs to complex business problems after customer discovery sessions.
• Develop prototypes or code examples to support customer onboarding and projects.
• Synthesize product developments into best practices, workshops, and enablement materials.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers for successful customer experiences.

Requirements

• Written and verbal fluency in English and German.
• At least 2 years as Solution Architect or 4 years in customer-facing role at API-first SaaS company (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with microservices-based architectures and transitioning from monoliths.
• Basic developer skills in Javascript ES6, Ruby, Node.js, .NET, Swift, Java, Python, or PHP.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (NextJS, NuxtJS, Remix, Vue, Angular) and web rendering technologies.
• Professional experience with CMS and headless CMS architecture/best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
