What you will do

• Conduct OSINT investigations across e-commerce, social media, and websites to detect counterfeits, trademark infringements, and unauthorized sellers.
• Analyze digital footprints, seller networks, and infringement patterns.
• Plan and execute undercover test purchases, managing orders, shipping, and product inspections.
• Produce detailed reports with evidence like screenshots, metadata, and authenticity assessments.
• Compile evidence for legal actions, takedowns, and enforcement.
• Support sales by explaining OSINT and test purchase methodologies to clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in OSINT reporting and test purchase service delivery
• Strong expertise in OSINT methodologies, tools, and investigative techniques
• Strong client-facing skills and direct client relationship management in English
