What you will do

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of Red Team offerings including engagements, reporting, and metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day Red Team operations and coordinate penetration testing activities.
• Develop relationships with 3rd party vendors and work with Sales to scope customer engagements.
• Create reports with mitigation strategies for management and technical audiences.
• Organize resources for tailored red team assessments of systems, applications, and networks.
• Mentor team members and actively participate in technical assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Red Team/Penetration Testing
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Advanced experience with security toolsets like Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and C2 frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/UNIX/Mac), networking, firewalls, and web servers
• Advanced experience in vulnerability testing, adversary emulation, and automation/scripting
• Desirable certifications: CCRTM, OSEP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, GXPN, CRTO, CRTL
• Occasional travel required (<25%)

• Experience with regulatory red team engagements (TIBER, DORA, CBEST)
• Managing tool development lifecycle and teams
