TL;DR
Security Software Engineer (Tech Foundations): Build, evolve and operate foundational security building blocks like authentication stack and end-to-end encryption with an accent on secure-by-design patterns, high availability, and delightful UX. Focus on designing passwordless authentication, secure file exchange platforms, and reinforcing security practices in CI/CD, SAST/DAST, and AI/LLM security.
Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, or Spain. You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Design, build and operate authentication stack on self-hosted identity provider, aiming for passwordless with great UX.
- Build, evolve and operate end-to-end encryption for Clinic, keeping it frictionless for members.
- Evolve secure file exchange platform and support product/ops teams.
- Contribute to secure enclave for medical secrecy data isolation.
- Reinforce security engineering practices: fix vulnerabilities, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, infrastructure and AI/LLM security.
- Partner with product teams and Security Operations to reduce risk without bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
- Experience designing and building products, platforms, frameworks or libraries.
- Turn complex problems into elegant secure solutions while creating secure-by-design products with delightful experiences.
- Fluent in English (French is a bonus).
- Treat security as product work, hands-on coding, shipping to production, building reusable patterns.
