What you will do

• Design, build, and iterate on internal AI tools and automation solving real operational problems.
• Plan and deliver AI workshops and training programs across six European markets.
• Manage and grow the AI Champions network connecting local advocates with central team.
• Partner with engineering to translate AI capabilities into practical use cases for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track and report AI adoption metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Stay updated on AI landscape to surface relevant tools and approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years in AI, data, or software engineering, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with AI/ML tooling, LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), modern frameworks.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training to mixed audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with regular European travel (30–40%) and multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal AI tools in B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with change management or community-of-practice models.
