What you will do
- Provide line management, mentorship, and development for junior team members.
- Act as primary day-to-day client contact, delivering integrated planning and activation, and building client/partner relationships.
- Translate overarching media strategies into detailed tactical plans across all channels, creating integrated roadmaps aligned with OASIS framework.
- Lead cross-channel optimisation, advanced measurement, media testing, and plan refinements based on data and audience insights.
- Implement and test new tools/technologies like AI-driven optimisation within campaigns using WPP Open Intelligence.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with planners, strategists, and activation specialists for unified execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in media planning, digital activation, or implementational planning, managing complex accounts.
- Expertise in cross-channel planning (digital, audio, VOD, AV), data analysis, media testing, and client relationship management.
- Advanced knowledge of media landscape, buying platforms, audience insights, analytics, and planning/optimisation tools including WPP Open.
- Proven ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and build trusted client relationships.
- Highly collaborative, agile, innovative mindset with passion for media testing and problem-solving.
- Right to work in the UK required.
