What you will do
- Contact newly boarded customers via phone and email for onboarding.
- Monitor customer progress in first 30-90 days and ensure successful transactions.
- Identify early issues and liaise with departments for solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including call notes and interactions.
- Develop knowledge of products/services and payments industry changes.
- Conduct follow-ups, offer support, and handle ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Google Sheets preferred.
- Effective problem solver able to resolve issues quickly.
- Ability to establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Works on routine to moderately difficult assignments with some decision-making.
Nice to have
- Previous customer-facing or account management experience.
- Technical skills with virtual terminals, eCommerce platforms, and POS systems.
- Experience in ecommerce, payments, or fintech industries.
