Customer Service Representative

TL;DR

Customer Service Representative: Support customers, merchants, and sales representatives with enquiries, orders, pricing, and stock availability for sustainable construction products with an accent on accurate data entry and order processing in SAP. Focus on processing credits/returns, liaising with logistics/production, and providing delivery updates.

Location: Hybrid in Athy, Ireland (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Support customers, merchants, and sales reps on enquiries, order processing, and stock availability.
• Enter and maintain order/customer data in SAP, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and changes.
• Process credits, debits, returns per company policy and targets.
• Provide pricing for metal and slate products to account holders.
• Liaise with logistics, production, and purchasing on deliveries and availability.
• Assist credit control with payments and provide cover across customer service, switchboard, and procurement.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in an operational/manufacturing environment in Athy, Ireland
• Previous customer-facing or service experience (advantage).
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Computer literate with SAP and Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong teamwork and initiative.
• Relevant business qualification (advantage).
