What you will do

• Act as internal point of contact for media attendees, improving processes and workflows for excellent event experiences
• Manage all logistics, scheduling, and media-related activities at events
• Liaise with teams to ensure clear communication channels
• Foster relationships with highly regarded media organizations
• Ensure great customer experiences during and after events

Requirements

• 3+ years in relationship/account management or customer service
• Excellent customer service, planning, scheduling, and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Self-motivated multitasker comfortable talking to high-level media professionals
• Quick learner able to solve problems and handle confidential matters professionally

Nice to have

• Knowledge of media industry
• Event management experience
