What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations of global benefit programs including medical insurance, pensions (DB/DC), and risk benefits (life, disability, income protection).
- Manage relationships with global vendors and consultants for service delivery and competitive renewals.
- Perform analytics, risk assessments, and reporting using enterprise benefits tools and dashboards.
- Oversee benefit budgets with Finance, implementing cost controls while maintaining coverage quality.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards across global and APAC regions.
- Develop communication plans to educate employees and managers on benefits.
- Balance stakeholder interests and present insights to leadership for strategy and investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in tactical benefits roles in international or multi-country corporate environments.
- Deep knowledge of employee benefits, medical insurance, international pensions (DB/DC), and risk insurance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS and benefits management systems, including dashboards.
- Hands-on operational mindset with strong compliance focus.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data to Finance, management, and staff.
