What you will do

• Lead high-stakes negotiations and formal appeals within the Apple Resolution Center to reverse rejections and mitigate app deletions or account penalties.
• Architect a proactive compliance framework auditing new features against App Store Review Guidelines during design phase.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and Legal Counsel to interpret global regulations and translate into technical requirements.
• Cultivate direct relationships with Worldwide Developer Relations representatives for early insights and support.
• Execute rapid-response strategies during platform crises, coordinating across engineering and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex App Store disputes, navigating App Review Board appeals for grey-area features.
• Deep technical literacy in AdTech and User Acquisition, grasp of rewarded mechanics and offerwalls with tracking transparency.
• Expertise in App Store Connect and Play Console management for multi-app portfolios and Good Standing status.
• Background in policy interpretation, turning guidelines into actionable product documentation.

Nice to have

• Direct experience as a former App Store Reviewer or in Developer Relations at a major platform.
