What you will do
- Provide commercial support to a major semiconductor customer
- Prepare quotations based on specifications for customer-specific products and projects
- Process orders independently, track deadlines, and coordinate with internal departments
- Handle special orders like quantity contracts, project orders, and customer-provided materials
- Manage returns, complaints, credit/debit notes
- Create and dispatch invoices, maintain master data in SAP SD
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or university degree
- Several years of experience in order management in manufacturing environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit, organizational skills
- Process understanding and ability to grasp cause-and-effect relationships
- Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and SAP R/3
