Software Engineer (Security) - Tech Foundations: Building and operating foundational security components like authentication stack and end-to-end encryption with an accent on secure-by-design products and delightful user experiences. Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, or Spain. You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate authentication stack on self-hosted identity provider, aiming for passwordless with great UX.
• Build and evolve end-to-end encryption for hirify.global Clinic, keeping it frictionless for members.
• Evolve secure file exchange platform and support product/ops teams.
• Contribute to secure enclave for medical secrecy data isolation.
• Reinforce security engineering practices: fix vulnerabilities, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, infrastructure security, AI/LLM security.

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
• Experience designing and building products, platforms, frameworks, or libraries
• Turn complex problems into elegant secure solutions
• Create secure-by-design products with delightful experiences
• Fluent in English (French is a bonus)
• Aiming for C1 - F level range, but high potential and curiosity prioritized

• Collaborative enabler mindset, hands-on with maintainable code and operability
