Compliance Officer, EMEA Marketing & Distribution

Compliance Officer (EMEA Marketing & Distribution): Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across EMEA with an accent on regulatory requirements, cross-border distribution rules, and financial promotions. Focus on analysing regulatory developments, providing solution-oriented advice, and supporting strategic business projects.

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire (hybrid, at least 4 full days per week in office)

What you will do

• Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across EMEA
• Provide regulatory advice on cross-border distribution rules in EMEA and globally
• Support strategic business projects with compliance input
• Analyse regulatory developments and assess impact on marketing and distribution
• Collaborate with global compliance teams and EMEA functions on initiatives
• Contribute to marketing compliance policies, procedures, and internal queries

Requirements

• Fluent French
• First experience in Compliance and/or Marketing
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Graduate or equivalent professional experience
• Strong PC skills, time management, and organisational skills
• Clear communication, ability to work under pressure in international environment
