What you will do

• Define vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the payments operations platform.
• Build and evolve tools and workflows for internal teams handling payments and transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Payments Core, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient operational tooling for high-impact financial operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading product for internal operational platforms, ideally in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of payments processes: deposits, withdrawals, verification, transaction oversight.
• Ability to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.
• Skills in stakeholder alignment across engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.
