Location: 100% remote from Serbia (Belgrade), Hungary, Poland (Warsaw), Czech Republic, Ukraine, or Bulgaria

Salary: OTE $70,000/year USD

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and partner with engineering and design teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Work on API-driven integrations, system workflows, exception handling, and financial accuracy
• Establish analytics to measure performance and drive improvements
• Build customer feedback loops through discovery sessions and engagement
• Stay current on payments and SaaS trends, applying them pragmatically

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or FinTech
• Experience with reconciliation, reporting, or financial operations workflows
• Experience with payments, financial systems, or workflow-heavy platforms
• Experience in K–12 education, public sector, or nonprofit environments
• Strong technical fluency: APIs/integrations, system workflows/data models, architecture collaboration
• Experience delivering scalable systems with engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong product discovery, problem-solving, and metrics definition skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
