Product Manager (HR Tech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (HR Tech): Owning the HR Tech product end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement with an accent on automation of HR processes and UX optimization. Focus on translating business goals into measurable outcomes and reducing user effort through automated solutions.

Location: Remote or On-site (Offices in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap end-to-end, translating business goals into measurable initiatives.
• Drive automation of HR processes to reduce user effort, errors, and time-to-value.
• Lead product discovery, gather and prioritize requirements, and conduct user research to inform decisions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring high-quality documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
• Manage Business Analysts and align with executive stakeholders (CHRO, Head of Product) on priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in product ownership and strategic planning.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under uncertainty using incomplete data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt the level of detail for teams and executives.
• Proven ability to advocate for customer value and solve real-world user pain points.
• Skill in balancing user needs, business goals, and delivery constraints.
