TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Lead the end-to-end launch of investment brokerage app in the Philippine market with an accent on product vision, regulatory compliance, and tailored user experience. Location: Relocation to the Philippines. Workday should start no later than 2 PM (GMT+8) for effective collaboration.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for investment brokerage app
• Lead product discovery, delivery, and post-launch optimization
• Conduct market and user research on local needs and competition
• Translate business and regulatory goals into product requirements and specs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and marketing teams
• Define and track KPIs like user acquisition, retention, trading, and revenue

Requirements

• 4+ years as Product Manager, preferably in fintech, investments, or financial services
• Experience launching consumer-facing mobile apps in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of investment products (stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, brokerage)
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance/legal collaboration (Southeast Asia/Philippines a plus)
• Proven cross-functional work in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and English communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership

Nice to have

• Experience in emerging markets or Southeast Asia
• Background in brokerage, trading, or wealth management apps
• Work in startups or high-growth fintech
