What you will do

• Lead product initiatives, customer engagement, feature upgrades, and own acquisition funnel, limit growth, and user activity.
• Craft and execute ambitious product roadmaps for efficient activation processes.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideas to fintech execution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Core teams to meet regulations without stifling innovation.
• Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitors to stay ahead.
• Act as liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams.
• Work with UI/UX designers for smooth experiences and track KPIs for progress.

Requirements

• UAE residence or ready for relocation.
• 5+ years as Product Manager with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking (credit products a plus).
• Proven track record managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
• Resilience and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
• Fluency in English.
