What you will do

• Lead product design strategy across multiple business areas for cohesive user experiences
• Define and evolve end-to-end product vision, balancing innovation and funnel optimization
• Design and ship new features, zero-to-one products, and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to align on execution and outcomes
• Drive experimentation, user research, and data insights to influence product direction
• Manage stakeholders, improve design systems, and mentor other designers

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design (10+ for Principal)
• Strong background in consumer-facing digital products, high-growth environments
• Experience in fast-paced, experiment-driven organizations with end-to-end design
• Proven zero-to-one product design and user funnel optimization
• Strong portfolio with interaction design, visual craft, and product impact
• Systems thinking, stakeholder alignment, and impact measurement skills

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring designers or leading product direction
• Work in AI-augmented or modern product development environments
