What you will do

• Lead product design strategy across multiple business areas for cohesive user experiences
• Define and evolve end-to-end product vision, balancing innovation and funnel optimization
• Design and ship new features and zero-to-one products while improving existing experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to align on execution and outcomes
• Drive experimentation and iterative design to validate ideas and boost performance
• Influence product direction via user research, data insights, and behavioral analysis
• Manage executive stakeholders and contribute to design systems and processes

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design (10+ for Principal)
• Strong background in consumer-facing digital products, ideally high-growth environments
• Experience in fast-paced, experiment-driven organizations with iterative cycles
• End-to-end product design from discovery to implementation and measurement
• Design zero-to-one products and optimize user funnels
• Strong portfolio with interaction design, visual craft, storytelling, and impact
• Systems thinking balancing speed, quality, and scalability

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring designers or leading product direction
• Work in AI-augmented or modern product development environments
