What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from research and framing to final UI and handoff.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate complex briefs into actionable design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide direct, constructive feedback to team members to elevate overall design craft.
• Apply the MX™ (Memorable Experience) design philosophy to remove friction and amplify user value.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product design, including UX, UI, and prototyping.
• Strong visual craft with an eye for typography, composition, and motion.
• Ability to work directly with clients and manage ambiguity in open-ended projects.
• Experience with design systems and building for reuse.
• Must be able to work from the Antwerp office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with advanced interaction tools like Rive or Framer.
• Curiosity about AI tools in the design workflow.
