What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end AI-driven media workflows for consistent, repeatable production
• Translate creative and pedagogical intent into structured pipelines aligned with content goals
• Embed evaluation logic and quality gates to ensure reliable outputs with minimal rework
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and scale workflows for improved performance and turnaround times
• Own operational media processes including asset management and supplier coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end AI workflow systems (e.g. n8n, APIs, structured prompting)
• Advanced AI systems fluency, including troubleshooting, optimisation, and scaling
• Strong hands-on multimedia production experience (graphic design, video production, animation, interactive media)
• Experience implementing evaluation logic, guardrails, or rubric-based systems in workflows
• Ownership-driven mindset, pragmatic problem-solving, clear stakeholder communication
