What you will do

• Lead development teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with required quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage client expectations, and facilitate communications.
• Create project documentation, plans, budgets, and ensure resource fulfillment.
• Manage team structure, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members.
• Analyze financials, identify process deficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Report status, handle billing issues, and participate in PMO activities and hiring.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 6+ years industry experience, including 4.5+ years in management
• Insurance Domain expertise (must-have)
• Proven experience managing projects over 5,000 hours and leading teams of 20+ members
