What you will do

• Process and oversee Treasury operational activity, including cash management, settlements, margin calls, and payment execution across GBP, USD, and EUR.
• Perform and review reconciliations across internal systems and bank accounts to investigate and resolve breaks.
• Manage the operational execution of FX swaps, REPO, and other Treasury transactions, ensuring all controls and deadlines are met.
• Lead Cash & Treasury Operations projects, including process redesign, control enhancements, and system changes.
• Optimize the Treasury Management System (TMS) to support the bank's operational model and future scale.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to embed operational requirements into the design of new initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Payments Operations, Banking Operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cash management, reconciliations, payments, and operational controls.
• Experience with Treasury products such as FX swaps, liquidity management, and funding operations.
• Ability to lead workstreams and coordinate stakeholders to meet strict deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of lookups and pivots for operational data.

• Exposure to automation tools, SQL, or Python.
