What you will do

• Lead product design strategy across multiple business areas for cohesive user experiences
• Define and evolve end-to-end product vision, balancing innovation and funnel optimization
• Design and ship new features, zero-to-one products, and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to align execution and outcomes
• Drive experimentation, user research, and data insights to validate and measure impact
• Manage executive stakeholders, improve design systems, and mentor designers

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Design (10+ for Principal)
• Strong background in consumer-facing digital products, high-growth environments
• Experience in fast-paced, experiment-driven organizations with iterative cycles
• End-to-end design from discovery to implementation and measurement
• Design zero-to-one products and optimize user funnels
• Strong portfolio with interaction design, visual craft, and product impact
• Systems thinking balancing speed, quality, scalability

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring designers or leading product direction
• Work in AI-augmented product development
