What you will do
- Manage and respond to phone inquiries using the Podium system
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and documentation
- Process weekly customer payments and assist with light bookkeeping
- Communicate with customers on documentation, registration, and vehicle availability
- Qualify inquiries, address concerns, and maintain records in Google Drive and internal tools
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven customer service experience with interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Access to reliable computer, internet, and phone
Nice to have
- Experience with Podium (training provided)
- Experience with Xero or other accounting tools
