What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territory and accounts, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, hospital management, and procurement teams.
- Manage tender and bid processes end-to-end, develop tailored proposals, and lead commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists, Service Teams, Finance, and Regional/Global teams for alignment and optimal solutions.
- Monitor post-installation customer satisfaction, address issues early, and identify upsell opportunities for upgrades and service contracts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and business-level English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering, life science, business, or economics preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or project-based sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or high-technology industries
- Hands-on experience with hospital tenders or public procurement
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or similar sales systems
- Basic understanding of financial concepts such as margin, P&L, and cash flow
