Lead .NET Software Engineer

TL;DR

Lead .NET Software Engineer (.NET): Developing a web application for comprehensive blood coagulation testing and management with an accent on microservices-based systems, database optimization, and API design. Focus on leading a newly formed team of 5 developers, applying DDD principles, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability in critical care settings.

Location: Remote or office in Colombia or Ukraine. Must stay in touch with Client TL in Boston till 21:00 EET during project start in April.

What you will do

• Lead and drive a newly formed team of 5 developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Develop and optimize the application using Asp.Net Core, .NET 8, and C#.
• Design, document, and implement APIs following Open API standards and DDD principles.
• Optimize database interactions with Dapper, CockroachDB, and Postgres DB.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy/manage on AWS with CI/CD pipelines.
• Write technical specifications, ADRs, and unit tests using xUnit; propose ideas and influence the product.

Requirements

• 8+ years in .NET development.
• Proficient in Asp.Net Core, .NET 8/C#, microservices, Dapper, CockroachDB, Postgres DB, Open API, DDD, xUnit, GitHub, Docker.
• Comfortable communicating in English in multicultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Availability to overlap with US client till 21:00 EET at project start.

• Familiar with AWS cloud services.
