What you will do

• Design and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs following industry best practices and versioning standards.
• Ensure service reliability through unit/integration testing and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate on system integrations applying advanced software design patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows to enhance overall development efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Solid knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services and XML serialization/deserialization.
• Experience working with AI Platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with multicultural teams.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
