What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery, focusing on user retention and engagement
• Define and prioritize features aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to long-term roadmap planning
• Drive experimentation through iterative releases and validate hypotheses with data and feedback
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to assess performance and inform decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with focus on user-facing digital products
• 3+ years managing mobile apps on Android and/or iOS
• Proven track record launching and optimizing features in large-scale consumer apps
• Experience in cross-functional agile or iterative environments
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, or product analytics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
