What you will do

• Propose and own projects aligned with Innovation Lab charter to support Semiconductor Test Division growth.
• Explore new technologies and architectures for current and emerging customer requirements.
• Develop differentiated solutions for adjacent business opportunities within existing customer base.
• Lead projects through proof-of-concept phase with hands-on involvement and team support.
• Engage in customer-facing interactions and senior management discussions.

Requirements

• MS in Physics (preferred) or MS in Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience in design engineering with focus on innovative technical solutions
• Experience in architectural definition of products for competitive differentiation
• Broad technical curiosity across multiple technologies and engineering disciplines
• Technical expertise in one or more: Instrumentation Architecture, Logic Design, Software, ASIC Technology, System Architecture, High Performance Signal Delivery, Optics, Thermal Control
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Industry and Testing
• Comfortable in customer-facing and senior management interactions
