What you will do

• Own the end-to-end events calendar, from intimate dinners to flagship events: ideate formats, book venues, manage speakers, invites, logistics, budgets, and execution.
• Host events as the face of hirify.global, setting the tone, making introductions, and ensuring key connections.
• Grow and nurture the community of senior engineers, turning attendees into regulars who bring friends.
• Partner with the team to capture content and brand moments from events (interviews, recaps, social, partnerships).
• Shape follow-up and engagement strategies to build compounding community loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience running high-quality events end-to-end, understanding all components for success.
• Deep understanding of technical/developer audiences, their references, and preferences.
• Eye for detail, organized to handle guest lists, schedules, budgets, and suppliers flawlessly.
• Strong hosting skills: warm, charismatic, comfortable with senior engineers and founders.
• Commercial mindset: focus on attracting the right people to drive business impact.
• AI fluent: comfortable using AI agents for efficiency.
• Ambitious, direct, and proactive.
