What you will do

• Define and maintain the AI platform product backlog aligned with business priorities.
• Shape platform vision, translating technical needs into user stories, PRDs, and epics.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, analyze workflows, and validate problems for impactful solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML tools and address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with global AI teams on MLOps and data products like model serving and observability.
• Track and report metrics on deployment time, adoption, reliability, and cycle time.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a product role in technology, ideally B2B, platform, or technical products
• Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and MLOps principles
• Proven ability to define requirements solving business and technical challenges
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
• Strong communication across technology and business teams
• Background in technology, software development, or machine learning (plus)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lean startup principles or design thinking
