What you will do

• Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product features with clear business objectives and success metrics.
• Translate product capabilities and technical specifications into tangible business value for agencies, brokers, and developers.
• Analyze data from product analytics, sales, and customer service to draw insights and optimize the GTM approach.
• Act as the primary connection point between business teams and product managers to ensure two-way communication.
• Gather market insights and user feedback from real estate professionals to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to align GTM plans across all organizational activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product launch communication, GTM planning, project management, or marketing communication.
• Proven ability to own and execute the market introduction of new products from concept to results.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• English: Fluency is essential for cross-country cooperation.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from the Poznań office.
