What you will do

• Lead silicon bring-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness from early silicon through production.
• Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and methodologies for quality and manufacturability.
• Drive yield analysis and root-cause resolution in collaboration with design, DFT, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Support production ramp and sustaining activities for stable high-volume manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical leadership, influence cross-functional teams, and drive issues to closure.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in semiconductor Product Engineering.
• Strong experience in test methodology, silicon process fundamentals, DFT/DFM, high-speed digital testing, ATE test development, silicon validation, yield analysis, and manufacturing debug.
• Working experience with Advantest 93K or Smart Scale and Teradyne UFLEX testers (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (5–8 years experience), or Master’s/PhD (3–5 years).
• Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information; may require export license review (non-U.S. citizens/permanent residents subject to process).
