What you will do

• Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering and process teams.
• Resolve on-product issues with clear problem statements, solutions, and supporting data.
• Pro-actively identify hirify.global product opportunities and support efficient evaluations.
• Conduct data analysis on customer experimental data and report results.
• Participate or lead projects for new technology nodes, including drafting statements of work and defining specs.
• Prepare technical presentations, conduct training, and track customer engagement status.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences
• Background in IC manufacturing environment with emphasis on lithography processes preferred
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and investigation skills with customer focus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, take ownership, and manage multiple projects
