Associate Engineer

TL;DR

Associate Engineer: Provide efficient PM service, logistic and administration support for hirify.global systems at customer locations with an accent on routine maintenance, hardware actions and cleanroom compliance. Focus on performing predefined service procedures, preparing tools and parts, and supporting senior engineers in technical diagnosis.

Location: Onsite in Singapore, able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and standby duty, travel overseas on short notice

What you will do

• Perform equipment PM and routine entry-level service actions onsite at customer locations
• Prepare tools and parts for service actions and follow existing procedures for hardware tasks
• Support in-fab logistics by filling engineering information for parts and tools return
• Provide administration support and daily operation system updates
• Guide and support new team members with orientation and training
• Ensure compliance with health, safety legislation and 5S standards in the cleanroom

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in engineering field
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in fast-paced environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for team and customer interaction
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, standby duty and travel overseas on short notice
