TL;DR
Director of Shopify (DTC): Own and scale the Shopify channel end-to-end within a performance-driven DTC environment with an accent on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing. Focus on managing technical infrastructure, executing rapid product launches, driving data-driven CRO experiments, and building a high-performing team.
Location: Israel, fully remote with flexible scheduling aligned to PST

What you will do
- Own end-to-end Shopify channel scaling, driving revenue, CVR, AOV, and LTV growth.
- Manage Shopify ecosystem including themes, integrations, site performance, and infrastructure.
- Lead product launches with optimized pages, bundles, subscriptions, and merchandising.
- Drive CRO through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
- Build analytics dashboards for performance tracking and attribution across channels.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies using email/SMS for retention and repeat purchases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and establish scalable processes and SOPs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a Shopify team as the channel expands.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling Shopify stores in DTC brands with impact on revenue, CVR, AOV, LTV, retention.
- Strong expertise in Shopify themes, Liquid, apps, integrations, platform capabilities.
- Advanced skills in analytics, CRO, A/B testing, performance optimization, dashboard building.
- Deep experience with Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, attribution.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel/event implementation for paid channels.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and intrapreneurial ownership mindset.
- Leadership experience or readiness to manage teams in fast-scaling environment.

- Experience in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated DTC categories.
